Equipment available to hire

PORTABLE DIGITAL PROJECTOR  This can be hired with a stand if needed.  Clients need to provide their own laptops.  Projector screens are installed in the Meeting Place, the Upper Hall and Seminar Room 2.  Other rooms have walls suitable for projection.		£25 per session
PORTABLE INTERACTIVE WHITEBOARD This can be hired out with the digital projector for a more interactive approach.		£35 per session (includes projector)
WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION Available in all rooms
SOUND AND LOOP SYSTEMS These are available in the Meeting Place, the Upper Hall and the Lower Hall.		£10 per session
TV/DVD/VIDEO PLAYER		£10 per session
FLIP CHARTS Several flipcharts available for hire with pens and paper included.
MULTI MEDIA Full package of multi-media equipment in the Meeting Place		£50
