	Rev'd Dr Paul Beasley-Murray Senior Minister Paul has been the senior minister since 1993 and is responsible for leading the church forward in adventurous mission and compassionate ministry. As part of his wider ministry, Paul is Chairman of Ministry Today, and interdenominational organisation, and General Editor of its journal. Paul is also a prolific author, having published many books and also has his own website that provides a searchable database of his written material- paulbeasleymurray.com Paul is married to Caroline, H.M. Coroner for the County of Essex and Thurrock, and also part-time president of Mental Health Review Tribunals. They have four grown-up children. 	Rev'd Martin Hills Youth Minister Martin joined the team in October 2006. He was previously the Senior Outreach worker for a young persons drug and alcohol service. Martin is a JNC qualifed youth worker. Martin is married to Carita, a primary school teacher, they have four children and a large dog! Martin's work is focused on young people between the ages of 11 and 19. His main role is to oversee and develop the work already happening, support and encourage young people and leaders and develop a long term strategy to expand the range of the youth work. 	Rev'd Nicholas Tuohy Associate Minister Nicholas hails from Australia and began his ministry with us in September 2009. Having grown up with no knowledge of Christianity until he was 19, Nicholas was overwhelmed by the life-changing message of Jesus when presented by Christian friends. Before entering Christian ministry Nicholas was a professional chef. Having a love for theology, philosophy, and good food, he is currently completing an MPhil exploring the intersection between hospitality and spirituality.
