Hi. I'm David Marson and I'm Assistant Minister at Central Baptist Church, Chelmsford. Part of my role is to oversee the young adults and students group that we run called 'Encounter'. If you have just moved to Chelmsford or are looking for a church then you will find a warm welcome at Central Baptist Church.

Encounter usually meet after the Sunday 6pm service for a time to catch up with friends and make new ones. We also have young adult-aged small groups that meet in homes around the town on weekday evenings. Each year we go on a weekend away together and we also have the occasional day out. We'd love for you to get involved, whether you've just started coming to Central Baptist, or even if you've not yet committed your life to Christ. We want you to find the fullness of life that comes from following Christ, and also to find a desire to communicate your faith with others.
