LIGHT FACTORY
Age-specific activities during the morning and afternoon services for 0 - 16 year olds.
Light Factory is made up of small groups, each with a designated leader and a team of volunteer helpers.
Each group has its own programme designed to be understandable and relevant to the age and learning styles of each child and the group as a whole.
Material from children's ministry - Minizone, Kidzone and Yzone are used, with the teens group using a variety of resources.
A typical session involves a time of chat where the children discuss their week. The theme is introduced and then the Bible story/topic is explored. The children are then encouraged to relate this to their lives. The children are encouraged to pray for each other and learn Bible verses. Some activities take place in small groups and others in larger ones.
